As Key Account Managers for a number of very successful businesses, supplying the top Multiple Retailers, Wholesale Sectors and International Markets, we have the expertise to help deliver your sales targets and drive performance, whilst improving the capability and understanding of your accounts by interrogating data that drives strategic planning and delivers exciting NPD for your business.

Using our hands on knowledge and experience we have also successfully designed and delivered Supplier Development Programs, aimed at taking suppliers on a learning journey increasing their knowledge, understanding and capability when targeting UK channels and international markets. As Innovation Support Managers we also work closely with many government agencies providing 1:1 tailored support and have experience of helping small businesses to identify areas of growth and key routes to market that help shape robust strategies and business planning.

Our Experience:-

Andy is founder and Managing Director of Food2Market. Since 2015 he has created a business model that provides tailored, hands-on Account Management support for food and drink businesses. At the same time Andy has worked with many brands and UK food bodies delivering practical development programmes and 121 coaching. In addition Andy has experience in developing robust NPD processes and helping businesses achieve their growth plans from startup to in market, established brands. 
Previously Andy held senior positions, as Trading Manager, for two of the UK's largest retailers. These roles included full responsibility for delivering the local sourcing strategy across the UK with in-depth knowledge of category planning, account management and supplier negotiation, including the engagement of small business start-ups.

About Me

Kev is currently working with several food and drink producers and an integral part of Scotland’s number 2 food brand, providing insights, analysis and development of key strategies to achieve growth plans.

Before joining Food2Market Kev was Regional/Local Buying Manager for both Tesco and Sainsbury's. In those roles he had full P&L responsibility for delivering the category vision, sales, market share and key strategic events. Kev has a strong background in Range & Space Planning, merchandising systems and Category Management processes.

Craig is an Account Manager for several large food and drink suppliers, including Scotland’s number 1 food brand, giving him great insights into chilled and fresh meat categories.
Prior to this, Craig held senior buying positions with both Tesco and Lidl, with full P&L responsibility for multiple product categories. Craig has extensive experience in negotiating branded and private label ranges with a proven record for developing and driving successful and exciting new products into the market.

Associate Director Export - Ryan has a vast amount of knowledge and experience as an Export Manager across The Americas, Europe and South East Asia working for Burt's Crisps and Mackay's. Utilising his extensive network of international contacts and buyer relationships Ryan has a strong presence across many key markets and a background in developing profitable sales channels.
